New Air Berlin routes from November
Air Berlin have announced four new routes which will launch from November 2008. These include Nuremberg to Milan (Malpensa) and Zurich, as well as from Saarbruecken to Zurich and Stuttgart to Lamezia-Terme. These new routes are available to book now at www.airberlin.com.

Further easyJet expansion at Milan Malpensa
easyJet will add four new routes from their Milan (Malpensa) base this winter. From 01 October 2008 they will begin flying from Milan (Malpensa) to Sofia, Copenhagen, Lamezia-Terme and Brindisi.

New Volareweb routes from Milan
Volareweb have 15 new routes launching over the next few months from their Milan (Malpensa) base. These include flights launching in April 2008 to Athens, Brindisi, Krakow, Malaga, Malta, Lamezia-Terme, Paris (Orly), Valencia and Warsaw. From July they will also add flights to Heraklion, Ibiza, Olbia, Palma and Rhodos.

Meridiana summer flights
Meridiana have a number of new routes launching for the summer season, including some operated by their partner, EuroFly. From June 2008, they will launch flights from Cagliari to Milan (Malpensa), Florence to Olbia, Lamezia-Terme to Verona (Villafranca), Mykonos to Milan (Malpensa) and Verona (Villafranca) and Santorini to Milan (Malpensa). Ryanair route reshuffle
Ryanair will cancel a number of routes, in order to launch some new ones later this year. They have put new routes on sale (beginning 28 October 2007) from Marseille to Marrakech and Fez, Dublin to Stockholm (Skavsta), Bremen to Budapest, London (Stansted) to Billund, Girona to Poznan, Brno and Linz and from Milan (Orio al Serio) to Lamezia-Terme.

Air Berlin flights to Lamezia-Terme
Air Berlin have put some new flights on sale, some with immediate effect, to the Italian city of Lamezia-Terme. These include routes from Cologne-Bonn, Friedrichshafen, Dresden and Hamburg (Fuhlsbuettel). These flights are on sale at www.airberlin.com.

New routes for Air Berlin
Air Berlin have put a number of new routes on sale for the coming months. These include:
- Munich to Dresden, Cologne-Bonn, Bremen, Muenster and Paris (Orly)
- Dusseldorf to Dresden, Nuremberg and Berlin (Tegel)
- Berlin (Tegel) to Cologne-Bonn, Karlsruhe-Baden, Nuremberg, Frankfurt (International) and Stuttgart
- Hamburg (Fuhlsbuettel) to Nuremberg and Leipzig to Lamezia-Terme.

Germanwings to launch new routes for summer
Germanwings have put a number of new routes on sale for the summer 2007 season. These include flights from their Cologne-Bonn base to Rhodos, Malta, Corfu, Lamezia-Terme and Mykonos. They will launch new routes from their Stuttgart hub to Athens, Ankara (Esenboga), Lamezia-Terme, Malta and Ibiza, and also from Hamburg (Fuhlsbuettel) to Corfu and from Berlin (Schoenefeld) to Mykonos.

MyAir announce 2 new routes for summer
Italian low-cost airline MyAir will launch 2 new routes this summer. These are Lamezia-Terme to Bologna (Guglielmo Marconi) and Milan (Orio al Serio) to Lampedusa. They will be launched on 01 June 2006 and 22 July respectively.

Centralwings adds many summer routes
centralwings have announced an additional 21 routes for the upcoming summer 2006 season. They intend to fly most of these routes just once or twice per week. Flights include Warsaw to Lamezia-Terme, Malaga, Corfu, Faro, Heraklion, Chania, Girona, Catania, Rhodos, Palma, Palermo, Thessaloniki and Malta. They will also add routes from Krakow to Heraklion, Malaga and Rhodos.
They will add a couple of routes from Poznan to Heraklion and Palma and from Katowice to Rhodos and Palma.

Ryanair expands destinations
Ryanair will launch routes to 4 new destinations during early 2006. They will add Vitoria (Spain) and Parma (Italy) to the low-cost map of Europe, and will also start flying to Balaton (Hungary) and Lamezia-Terme (Italy). These 4 new destinations will initially be served from London (Stansted) and will be launched during February and March.
They will also launch a route from London (Luton) to Brest. Flights are already available to book on these new routes.

On 03 July 2005, Volareweb will launch a weekly service from their base at Milan (Linate) to Lamezia-Terme.
This route is only scheduled to operate for the summer season.

MyAir launch new routes from Bologna
MyAir will make Bologna (Guglielmo Marconi) their next hub airport. From 24 June they will begin flying from Bologna to Bari, Cagliari, Catania, Brindisi, Palermo and Lamenzia-Terme.

On 27 March 2005, AlpiEagles will launch a new route to Brindisi from Venice (Marco Polo). They will also launch routes from Venice to Lamezia-Terme and Alghero on 30 May.

During their summer 2005 season, helvetic will introduce 4 new routes from their base at Zurich to Italy. The new airports they will fly to include Lamenzia-Terme, Catania, Palermo and Brindisi.

Volareweb launch winter timetable
Volareweb have announced a large expansion for thier operation, based in Italy. On 31 October they will launch 10 new routes.
From Bologna, they will begin flights to Bari, Cagliari, Catania and Palermo. They will also begin flying routes from Bari to Catania and Palermo. At Milan, they will launch 2 new routes from different airports, from Malpensa they will fly to the Romanian capital of Bucharest and from Orio al Serio they will fly to Lamenzia-Terme. Finally, from Naples they will launch 2 new routes to Catania and Palermo.
