Windjet to fly to Samara
WindJet will begin flying from their base at Bologna (Forli) to Samara - one of Russia’s largest cities, and will become the first low-cost airline to venture to this part of Russia. Weekly flights will begin from 15 June 2008, and can be booked now at www.volawindjet.it.

WindJet to begin flying to Rostov
Italian low-cost airline WindJet is to begin flying to the Russian city of Rostov. They will fly to Rostov from their Bologna (Forli) base. Flights are due to commence in either June or July 2007, although it is not entirely clear if there is an exact launch date.

More WindJet routes to Russia
Italian low-cost airline WindJet will launch new routes to Russia at the end of April. From 29 April 2007 they will begin flying from Verona (Villafranca) and Catania to both Moscow (Domodedovo) and St. Petersburg.

WindJet to fly to Romania, Russia and more
WindJet are due to expand from their Bologna (Forli) base at the end of March 2006. They will launch routes to Bucharest (Otopeni) and Moscow (Domodedovo). They will also launch routes from Palermo to Barcelona and Madrid and from Catania to Madrid.

WindJet adds international flights
WindJet will add flights from Venice (Marco Polo) to Oslo (International) (a route that Norwegian Air Shuttle will also begin flying from June 20006) from early March 2006, and from Palermo and Catania to Paris (Charles de Gaulle) from the end of March.

On 01 December 2004, WindJet will launch a new route between their base at Catania and Verona.

WindJet adds German routes
Italian low-cost airline WindJet has added 2 new routes to Germany. From 06 November 2004 they will begin flying from Catania to Munich and Dusseldorf.
In addition, they will start a new route on 06 November between Palermo and Milan (Orio al Serio).
