Atlas Blue to fly from London to Fes
Moroccan low-cost airline Atlas Blue will begin flying between London (Gatwick) and Fez this summer. They will fly twice per week on this route from the beginning of March 2009.

Eight new Ryanair routes
Ryanair this week put eight new routes on sale, including flights from Bournemouth, Reus, Faro and London (Luton). The new routes include:
New Norwegian routes from Oslo and Stockholm
Norwegian Air Shuttle have put three new summer routes on sale from their Oslo (International) base. They will begin flying from Oslo (International) to Istanbul (Sabiha) and Venice (Marco Polo) from 23 June 2009. They also begin flying from Oslo (International) to Amsterdam in April, and from Stockholm (Arlanda) to Pula in May.

New Ryanair route from Mallorca to Hamburg
Ryanair will begin flying between Palma and Hamburg (Luebeck) this year. They will begin flying daily on this route from the end of March 2009.

easyJet flights between Asturias and Geneva
easyJet will restart flights between Oviedo and Geneva for the 2009 summer season. They will fly twice per week on this route from 21 April 2009.
New Norwegian routes from Stockholm and Aalborg
In April 2009 Norwegian Air Shuttle will begin flying three new routes from Stockholm (Arlanda). They will launch flights from Stockholm (Arlanda) to Palma, Chania and Faro. They are also due to launch a route between London (Gatwick) and Aalborg – replacing a route that was previously operated by the now-defunct Sterling.
New Olbia flights with MyAir
MyAir will operate two summer routes from Olbia this summer. From June 2009 they will fly to Olbia from Venice (Marco Polo) and Milan (Orio al Serio).
Malta to Valencia with Clickair
clickair will launch flights between Valencia and Malta this summer. They are due to begin flying twice per week on this route from July 2009. The new flights can be booked now at www.clickair.com.
Ryanair announces expansion at Bristol, Edinburgh and Alicante
Ryanair have this week announced a massive expansion of their operations from Bristol (from July 2009), Edinburgh (from April 2009) and Alicante (from June 2009). The new routes that they will launch are as follows:

Three new easyJet summer routes
easyJet have put three new routes on sale for summer, launching at the end of June 2009. These include flights from Lyon to Ibiza and Olbia, and also from Geneva to Bastia.
Wizz Air to fly from Prague
Wizz Air have announced that they will begin flying from Prague. From 19 February 2009 they will fly from Prague to London (Luton), Milan (Orio al Serio), Brussels (Charleroi) and Rome (Fiumicino). From 25 July they will also add flights to Paris (Beauvais) and Eindhoven.

14 new easyJet routes for summer 2009
easyJet put 14 new routes on sale yesterday across their European network. The new flights will launch between May and July 2009, and include routes from Bristol to Bastia and Corfu, Liverpool to Bordeaux, Dubrovnik and Naples, Manchester to Bastia, Athens and Corfu, Newcastle to Malta, Paris (Charles de Gaulle) to Ajaccio, Bilbao to Ibiza, Basel to Bordeaux, Berlin (Schoenefeld) to Dubrovnik, and Geneva to Dubrovnik.
Sofia to Venice with Wizz Air
Wizz Air will begin flying between Sofia and Venice (Treviso) this summer. From the end of March 2009 they will operate three flights per week on this route.

Aalborg to Malaga with Norwegian
Norwegian Air Shuttle will begin flying from Aalborg in Denmark to Malaga for the summer this year. They will begin weekly flights on this route from 04 April 2009.
