Vueling and Clickair to merge

Spanish low-cost airlines Vueling and clickair have announced an agreement to merge in an attempt to remain competitive in the European low-cost airline industry. Under the deal announced, Clickair (which is currently owned by incumbent Iberia, who hold an 80% share) will be absorbed into Vueling. More information is available at www.vueling.com.
