Vueling plans public flotation

It has been reported that Vueling, the Spanish low-cost airline, is planning a public flotation with an approximate value of €350 million. This comes at a time when the Spanish low-cost market is growing considerably. Amongst other things, around a third of all passengers arriving in Spain now do so using a low-cost airline, the Spanish flag carrier (Iberia) has a significant investment in a new Spanish low-cost airline, clickair, and easyJet intend to launch a new base in Madrid.
