FlyMe acquires Astraeus

The Swedish low-cost airline FlyMe is in the process is acquiring a 51% holding in UK charter airline Astraeus. The completion of this acquisition will see FlyMe triple their fleet of aircraft. They also recently purchased a 33% share in Lithuanian Airlines (FlyLAL).
