Ryanair to fly domestic Norwegian routes

Ryanair are looking to establish a base in Norway, in order to enable Norwegian domestic flights. They wish to compete with SAS Braathens and Norwegian Air Shuttle for a part of the internal flying market.

It would appear that they are appealing to Norwegian airports for cheap landing fees in order to determine routes and a base.
