Virgin Express imposes fuel surcharge

From 01 November 2004 Virgin Express will add €4 per passenger to their fuel surcharge, bringing it up to €8 on all flights.

Many other budget airlines are still absorbing the rising cost of oil themselves and not explicitly charging a fuel surcharge.
