Bexx Air restart looking unlikely?

Bexx Air, a Bulgarian low-cost airline, was shut down by the Bulgarian authorities in mid-September for allgedly not possessing the licenses required to fly.

Yesterday, a new statement was issued on their web site, www.bexxair.com saying that their plans to begin flying had been postponed, and oddly, a recommendation to fly with Air Bulgaria.

They had originally said that they would begin flying again in early November.
