Facts about Sky Europe

Sky Europe was a low-cost airline that began operating in February 2002. They ceased operations on 1 September 2009 after having a turbulent few months and filing for bankruptcy protection.

They were the first low-cost carrier to be based in Central Europe. Their primary hub was in Bratislava, but they now also had bases in Prague and Vienna. Prior to their bankruptcy they operated 46 different routes across Europe.

There are currently no low-cost airline routes operated by Sky Europe.
